Danny Ducasse is a highly accomplished and experienced singing and drama teacher at Art of Dance, bringing a wealth of expertise from his successful career in the performing arts industry. With a passion for nurturing talent and a commitment to creating a fun and passionate learning environment, Danny has become an invaluable member of the dance school since joining in May 2022.
As a professional vocalist, Danny has showcased his talent as the Lead Male Vocalist for P&O Cruises, entertaining audiences with his captivating performances. He has also held the position of Lead Vocalist in the national tour of Gran Canaria. His versatility as a performer is evident through his portrayal of memorable characters such as Roger in "RENT," Nick Massi in "Jersey Boys," Greg in "Relatively Speaking," Eric in "Opposite Sex," and Oliver in "As You Like It," among others.
Danny's list of successes extends beyond his stage performances. He has been part of the original cast for over 10 shows for P&O Cruises, including being the first cast to perform plays at sea. Danny also holds a degree in Musical Theatre, which solidifies his knowledge and understanding of the discipline. His educational background and real-world experience allow him to provide a well-rounded and comprehensive approach to teaching singing and drama.
At Art of Dance, Danny's primary role is teaching singing and drama. Through his dynamic and engaging lessons, he nurtures students' vocal abilities and dramatic skills, fostering their growth as performers. His emphasis on technique, expression, and stage presence creates a solid foundation for students to excel in their artistic pursuits.
Looking to the future, Danny envisions co-directing and musically directing a full musical with Art of Dance. His passion for creating captivating theatrical experiences and his desire to share his expertise in a broader capacity highlight his dedication to the school's growth and development.
